Mr. William Scott Hulett

A memorial service for Mr. Scott Hulett, 51 of Jacksonville, will be on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 11:00 am at Trinity Baptist Church located at 1500 Airport Road Oxford, AL 36203. Minister Sam Thrasher and Rev. Creston Hulett will be officiating. The family will receive friends on the same day from 9:30 am until the time of the service at the church. A burial will follow the service at Forestlawn Memorial Gardens. Mr. Hulett passed away on June 21, 2021 Regional Medical Center. He is survived by his spouse, Rebekka Hulett; sons, Andrew Hulett and Adam Hulett; mother, Lucretia Hulett; sister, Windi Devine (Mike); brother, Creston Hulett (Kim); nieces and nephews, Molly Stophel (Andrew), Ellie Stophel, Alison Devine, John Devine, Brennan Hulett, Ian Hulett, Sam Thrasher, Emma Bailey, and a host of extended family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his unborn son, Ben Hulett; father, Harold Hulett; sister, Amanda Potts; grandmothers, Emma Hulett and Joyce Gidley, and an uncle, Davis Hulett. Honorary pallbearers will be Andrew Hulett, Adam Hulett, Creston Hulett, Sam Thrasher, David Woodard, and Carrie Haynes. Mr. Hulett was a loving husband and father, a hard worker, and devoted friend. He earned the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America. He was also a member of the Murray Bros. Foundation founded by Bill Murray and his 5 brothers. The foundation raise monies to provide medical services, educational programs, lifesaving equipment, and fundraising opportunities to better serve lives across the country.
