Jayla Coleman, 20 of Weaver Al, passed away April 11th, 2022. A visitation will be held at Miller Funeral Home in the Toby Miller Chapel on Saturday, April 23rd, 2022. The family will receive friends from 2:00pm - 4:00pm. Jayla is survived by her daughter, Nylah Faith Bussey; her parents, Stacie Bullock, Richard Coleman; fiance, Kyle Bussey; siblings, Deandre Bullock, Raven Coleman; grandparents, Phillip Bullock and Donna Bullock; great grandmother, Lois Wildes; aunts, Brandie Bullock (Momma B) Ashley Bullock, Beulah Howard, Claudia Hickonbottom Kirby (Homer), Pearlie Kirby (James), Deborah Malone, Rita Crook (Rev. Willie); uncles, Cecil Coleman, Mitchell Coleman, Marus Coleman (Mandy); nephew, Ashton Daniel; niece, Amara Bullock, and a host of cousins. Jayla is preceded in death by her great grandparents, Bud Blankenship and Nellie Blankenship; grandparents, Andrew Charles Coleman and Christine Coleman; uncles, Anthony (Bubba) Bullock, Jerry Gilbert, Andrew Charles Coleman Jr., Don Wayne Coleman, and her beloved pet, Toby. Jayla’s love and compassion for her family and daughter will always live on in all of our hearts and memories. She was a loving daughter and a wonderful mother to her daughter. She loved everybody and had an impact on everyone she was around. Although she is gone, she will never be forgotten, and her life will live on through others because she was an organ donor. Many lives will be saved because of her kindness and love to help other people. She lended an open hand to anyone she could no matter the circumstance. She is dancing in Heaven with her uncle Bubba and Jerry. Although we loved her, God loved her first. Rest in peace until we meet again. We love you Jayla.
