goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our
customers.
You
may choose only the items that you desire. However, any arrangements
that
you select will include a charge for our basic services. If legal or
other
requirements mean you must purchase items that you did not specifically
ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the Statement of
Funeral
Goods and Services that you selected.
Professional
Services
A.
Base Service Fee $1750.00
Consultation
to determine your wishes and to acquire the
information
needed to carry out your request. Notification and
confirmation
necessary to plan and coordinate the requested
services.
Paperwork, certifying the death and your wishes to
public
and private agencies. Clerical services required to
carry
out your wishes.
This
fee will be added to the total cost of other goods and
services
that you select.
A
portion of this fee is included in our charges for direct cremation,
Immediate
burials and in forwarding and receiving of remains.
This
fee is in addition to the funeral provided by Liberty
National-Brown
Service policy funerals.
B.
Embalming $575.00
Except
in certain cases embalming is not required
by
law. Embalming may be necessary if you select
arrangements
such as a funeral with viewing or a
disposition
to take place after a 24 hour period. If you
do
not want embalming you may select arrangements
such
as direct cremation or immediate burial which
does
not require embalming.
