Funeral services for Bobby Ray Whatley, Jr.; 46 of Oxford will be 3pm, Saturday, March 2nd in the Chapel of Miller Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev.’s Gary Rivers and Tom Whatley officiating. Burial will follow in Forestlawn Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends from noon until service time at the funeral home. Bobby died Thursday at RMC. He is survived by his parents, Bobby Whatley, Sr and Sarah Whatley, and by his children, Anna and Justin Whatley. Pallbearers will be Wallace Gallahar, Clarence Baughn, Bob O’Neal, David Bain, Harold Mooneyham, and David Haynes. Bobby was a 1985 graduate of Oxford High School and he had worked at the Anniston Army Depot.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lee R. and Ann Chauncey; and Reverend T.W. and Eunice Whatley.
